Whether you’re new to exercise, dealing with everyday aches and pains or just want to be stronger for day to day activities, we can create a  custom program to fit your specific needs. Our programs are also customized to your unique training location - meaning you can train at home, the gym or on vacation!

  • A video library illustrating proper exercise form of all exercises.

What to expect from the general fitness program -

 

When you decide to start training with us, we will send you client intake forms - health history questionnaire, Par-Q form and a liability waiver that everyone must fill out, sign & return. Get them back to us, we review them and schedule a time to speak on the phone.

 

Next we create your personalized FitSW account. The FitSW app works on iOS and Android devices as well as all desktop & laptop computers. Since we deliver all of your workouts as well as track all of your progress through the app, setting up your account and becoming comfortable with it is important! After we create your account, you will receive a confirmation link and finish the set-up.

 

Once you're set-up on the FitSW app, you'll take your starting body measurements. Using this information, we can track your progress via the FitSW app and make adjustments as needed. These stats are updated every 6-8 weeks depending on your program.

 

Once we have all the information we need to proceed, we will create your personalized workout plan. It will be based around you, your needs and your goals. We take into account your schedule, what what type of exercises you like (and more importantly what you DON’T like) as well as where you will be doing them - home, the gym, neighborhood park, etc. We also take into account your skill level to determine frequency, intensity, type of exercise and length of workouts. This also helps to determine progressions, periodization and amount of rest days.

 

We create and input your training program into your FitSW account. From here you can view it, confirm completion and review after it’s completed. Every workout comes with detailed videos for each exercise and well as personalized instructions from us when needed.

 

Every 6 - 8 weeks we schedule body measurements to be re-taken and added to your progress chart to track your progress. From here we will make changes if needed to your program.
