I’ve been riding and racing for over 30 years. Along with Motocross, I’ve also competed in Triathlons, Duathlons and Cross Country MTB races. I also have the hindsight of having played high school sports and where my coaches were right on and where they completely missed the mark when it came to off the field training.
I have vast experience in the fitness industry having trained people since 2009. My Motocross clients range from beginners to people going to Loretta Lynns. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with collegiate athletes at the University of Iowa, members of the military and people wanting to live their best lives.
When it comes to the gym, I focus on the basics to build strength and endurance as well as unique and cutting edge approaches to functional strength and conditioning, putting the science into your training. My background in Motocross allows me the ability to apply my knowledge of biomechanics, muscular anatomy and function to create the most effective programing to maximise power, strength and endurance in the safetest environment possible.
I leave no stone unturned in the pursuit to make my clients the “Complete Athlete”. From the kitchen to the gym, supplements to recovery and beginner to expert, I train my clients to conquer life!
Everyone who steps into a gym may not have the same goals and aspirations. However some of the things we have in common are the desire to build a strong, lean and powerfull body. I take time proven methods and modern techniques used to forge the most explosive and strongest physiques in sport and apply it to my athletes.

Great coaches have specific types of clients they’re best suited to working with, given their qualifications and experience. You can find a coach who suits your specific needs, even if they live in a different city – or on the other side of the planet.

Do you live in a remote location?
Not all of us have easy access to coaches or gyms. Now there's an option! Someone who normally wouldn't have access to an in-person coach, can now get customized workouts, video coaching sessions, progress tracking, exercise form checks, nutrition coaching, and a friendly kick in the ass to take their fitness to the next level.

You have a very full schedule
Scheduling is a non-issue with online coaching. Instead of being stuck with someone else’s schedule - a trainer at a gym, you work out when and where you want, but still get the benefit of a structured program and ongoing support from a coach.
We can also be much more flexible with your workout programs than a typical 60-minute gym session. Due to demanding work schedules, for example, some of my clients split their workouts on certain days or weeks as they need to - cardio in the morning and weight lifting in the evening. Others will do most of their workouts for 45 minutes at the gym, but also have back-up 15-minute home “quickies” on hand for days they’re extra busy.

You travel a lot
Maintaining and improving your fitness can be challenging if you travel a lot. Having a plan of action and the support of a coach can certainly help! One of my clients travels so much that she gets a new set of 3 travel workouts every month (in addition to home and gym workouts).

You want to work out at home
You don't want to go to a gym. Many of my clients (including myself!) train in their own homes for various reasons, family obligations, living in remote locations with no gyms available, or just simple convenience.

You’re on a budget
Online coaching is cost effective! You're not paying a coach a high hourly rate (plus club overhead), this gives you the option to get the same great training at a fraction of the price. Rather than booking hour-long sessions at the gym each week, online coaches can provide ongoing (and better!) support as you work toward your goals.
